Report to: China General Manager / Founder

Responsibilities:
Do the business plan for Beijing market;
Be responsible for the stores daily operations in north China;
Team training and developing as we as management;
Customer maintenance and cost control;
Independently charge for P&L.

Requirements:
10 years of working experience in restaurant management or F&B in hotel;
Familiar with the F&B operations;
Strategic thinking, service sense and hands-on attitude;
Be able to develop the western restaurant brand in north market;
Fluent in English and Chinese.
