1、Application Solution Engineer–RF/Microwave Test 应用解决方案工程师–射频与微波测试方向
Responsibility工作职责:
• Design, develop and implement test and measurement solutions for RF/microwave components, modules, equipments and systems in civil and military fields, based on R&S signal generators and analyzers, network analyzers. 基于罗德与施瓦茨公司的信号源、频谱仪及网络分析仪等仪表,设计、开发与实现针对射频与微波器件、模块、设备与系统的测试与测量解决方案;
• Support R&S’ teams and 3rd-party partners technically and resourcefully in application solution implementation, delivery and promotion. 对R&S团队及第3方合作伙伴,在应用解决方案的实现、交付与推广提供技术性与资源性支持;
• Establish and maintain communication links to customers’ product groups.与客户及其产品团队建立并保持有效的沟通联系;
Experience/qualifications职位要求:
• M.A./M.S. or above majored in electronic engineering or RF/microwave. 重点大学硕士以上学位,电子工程或射频与微波专业;
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.至少5年相关工作经验;
• Proven ability designing, implementing, debugging and understanding complex hardware/software systems and projects.必须具备理解、设计、实现、调试、测试复杂软硬件系统和项目的能力;
• Proven experience in OOP (e.g. C++) design techniques and implementation.必须具备基于C++的面向对象设计技术与经验;
• Proven experience in test and measurement of RF/microwave components and products, for example, amplifiers, antennas, radars or EMC, and so on. 必须具备射频与微波器件与产品的测试与调试经验,例如放大器、天线、雷达或EMC测试等;
• Proven experience in teamwork. 必须具备团队工作精神;
• Ability to travel to Chinese locations. 适应在国内出差。
2、Marcom Assistant 市场推广助理 - 北京
Job Duties 工作职责:
- 市场数据库信息整理、筛选、电话回访、输入和维护; Market Database information collection, filtering, telephone following up, input and maintenance.
- 销售线索信息整理、电话回访跟踪、整理和分析; Leads information collection, telephone following up and analysis.
- 通过电话访问实现相关的市场活动; Telemarketing work execution by Telephone following up.
- 其他所需的市场推广工作; All other Marcom duties as per company’s request.。
Qualifications 职位要求:
- 市场营销或其它相关专业本科及以上学历; Bachelor degree or above in marketing, or related majors.
- 一年以上市场或相关领域工作经验; Min. of 1 years working experience in Marketing or related field.
- 良好的沟通技巧; Good communication skill.
- 熟练使用办公软件; Good knowledge of MS office.
- 具有工作责任感和团队合作精神; Good sense of responsibility and team work.
- 善于积极主动解决问题; Pro-actively solve problem and find solutions.
- 具备较强的英语口语和读写能力; Good written and spoken English.
3、Accountant-Credit Management 会计-信用管理 - 北京
Responsibilities 工作职责:
- Credit Control: Perform credit evaluation, prepare all documents needed for a credit approval, like customer's related certificates, financial statements, payment history analyzation etc.信用控制:对客户进行信用评估,准备信用审批所需的文件,如客户的相关证件执照、财务报表,历史付款数据分析等.
- AR Collection: Generate monthly AR Aging Report and key customer AR report;Follow up overdue invoices and push customer to effect payment together with sales and commercial team. Assist Headquater AR accountant to solve problems about AR issue in China. 应收账款催收: 制作应收账款账龄报表和大客户应收账款报表,追踪逾期未收账款;和销售,商务合作推动账款催收工作;协助总部应收会计解决中国区的应收账款问题.
- Sales Commission Data Maitenance: Follow up the payment and margin of sales contracts and book them in sales commission calculation system. 销售佣金数据的维护:追踪销售合同的收款和佣金,并在销售佣金系统录入数据.
- Post Huawei invoices to required invoice receiver. 邮寄发票至对应的接收人。
- Others assigned by Finance Manager. 财务经理分配的其他工作。
Qualifications 职位要求:
- Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting. 大学本科以上学历,财会相关专业.
- Experience in Credit Control function or AR collection is preferred. 有信用控制或应收账款催收经验者优先.
- Excellent communication skills. 良好的沟通技巧.
-Fluent English both in written and oral. 流利的英语听说读写能力.
- Ability to work under pressure with good problem solving skill. 承受工作压力和解决问题能力.
- Initiative and hardworking. 工作主动,认真负责.
