KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Design and implement an effective sales management training and development system
• Dentify sales management training needs related for Sales management competency model by using appropriate methods
• Design and develop sales management learning and training programs through using with internal and external training resource
• Develop and compile sales management training manuals and other training materials through using with internal and external training resource
• Plan training courses, organize timetable and attendance and maintain training records
• Deliver sales management training programs
• Develop useful tools and techniques to measure follow-up behavior change and competency level improvement
• Develop competencies for rep, DSM, RSM, AD, Brand Managers and regional sales support positions
• Prepare reports on sales management training activities
Continuously Learning and Development
• Proactively seek learning opportunities on the job
• Participate TTT course
• Proactively seek feedback from peers and other department colleagues to identify up to date & relerant training-related competencies.
Administration and reporting
• Supervision sales management training logistics
• Prepare monthly reports on training/coaching activities
• Record training activities
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
• University Degree
• Post graduate in training/organization development, a plus
Experience & knowledge:
• At least 5 year working experience in multinational companies of which includes 3 year experience of senior sales management
• 1 year working experience in sales management training or marketing.
Core competencies:
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good learning abilities.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Fluent English level.
• Strong PC skills.
• Be able to work in fast-paced, ever changing environment and be self-motivated and energetic.
• Projective management.
